We are a fast-growing HR Tech company with a team of 90 employees based in Singapore. We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of HR operations for our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Develop and manage employee engagement programs to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation plans and ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Manage employee performance evaluation and career development programs
- Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and professional manner
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team leads on employee-related matters
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records and documentation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure HR policies and programs are effective and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a tech company or start-up environment
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and stakeholders
- Proficiency in HR information systems and tools
