Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, sourcing and placement initiatives, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
Manage and administer the implementation of HR system (Rymnet Solutions) to ensure full utilisation of the system capability to support the business efficiency and positive employees / users experience.
Manage performance measurement and career management programmes designed to improve individual and organizational effectiveness and provide employees the opportunities to develop their abilities and develop their career with the company.
Manage, review, and implement rewards management and remunerations policies and systems which will attract, retain and motivate employees and which supports overall organizational goals.
Liaise with relevant authorities and bodies on matter pertaining to human resource and industrial relations.
Manage and supervise hostel management activities and manage outsourcing vendor effectively.
Formulates and implements policies and processes to ensure smooth and efficient running of human resource function that support the business operations and in line with the statutory requirements
Provides internal HR advise and oversees effective resolution of related HR activities and ensures partnership and synergy with Outlets to maximize human capital returns.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies / Administration /Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in managerial level. Preferred to someone who have experience working in F&B / Retail / Hotel or equivalent.
Fluent in Bahasa, English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin
Knowledgeable in Foreign Workers Management including Foreign Workers approval is desirable.
Good understanding of related statutory legislation not limiting to Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations
Good interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate and persuade others are required.
Have the ability to interact with all levels of organization
Strong leadership skills with a structured thought process
Willing to travel to visit each branch in operation,
