Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Supervise the Human Resources team on day-to-day operations.



  • Responsible on the full spectrum of Human Resources function including but not limited to Payroll, Recruitments, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Welfare and Industrial Relations.



  • Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee relations.



  • Develop and update, enforce and align HR policies in line with market practice.



  • Supervise payroll for the month and ensure full compliance with statutory deduction and contribution.



  • Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies, induction & orientation programs, appraisal & evaluation systems, reward and discipline system, job scope and responsibilities, etc.



  • Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling.



  • Manage the day-to-day administrative and operation activities of the group of companies.



  • To update from time to time new SOP related to government matter / issues.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources with at least 10 years relevant Human Resources experiences
  • Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
  • Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English & MandarinExperience with the human resources system used by company.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
