Supervise the Human Resources team on day-to-day operations.
Responsible on the full spectrum of Human Resources function including but not limited to Payroll, Recruitments, Training & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Welfare and Industrial Relations.
Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
Develop and update, enforce and align HR policies in line with market practice.
Supervise payroll for the month and ensure full compliance with statutory deduction and contribution.
Assist in formulation and implementation of HR policies, induction & orientation programs, appraisal & evaluation systems, reward and discipline system, job scope and responsibilities, etc.
Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling.
Manage the day-to-day administrative and operation activities of the group of companies.
To update from time to time new SOP related to government matter / issues.
Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources with at least 10 years relevant Human Resources experiences
Strong leadership qualities, result oriented, dynamic, self-driven and motivated to work with and through people of various levels
Able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English & MandarinExperience with the human resources system used by company.
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
