We're searching for a highly-skilled Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Malaysia local labor law, be comfortable mediating between employees and management, and have a keen interest in fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws
- Manage the recruitment, selection process, onboarding and offboarding
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal system
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Able to work onsite in KL area
Qualification
- 2+ years proven working experience as a HR Manager
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor law and HR best practices
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Have experience in handling foreign worker hiring process
- Have experience working in several startups, especially IT industry
