Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree HRM / Project Management is preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience in INFO-TECH SOFTWARE, E-CLAIM, E-APPRAISAL.
Supporting the implementation and integration of new payroll systems or upgrades.
Participating in process improvement initiatives.
- Able to multi task under multidisciplinary skill-set as it relates to people, management, organization, and development.
Working closely with the HR and Finance departments to share relevant payroll information and handle payroll-related problems.- Keeping up with the the latest payroll requirements, tax legislation, and labor norms.
Key hard and soft skills that contribute to this position.- Data-driven - Able to evaluate the results of those initiatives in order to improve future iterations.
Technologically-savy. Masters of the tools in their tech stack, and be able to communicate their functionality while also designing initiatives that support their adoption and track their usage.
- Project management. Responsible for multiple projects and initiatives. Should adapt to strategizing the initiatives that will have the highest impact given available resources, and be able to leverage organizational skills in order to anticipate roadblocks, juggle priorities, and meet completion deadlines.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
