Job Duties:- Able to handle staff grievances, investigating disciplinary issue, domestic inquiry
Experience in handling migrant workers immigration matters- Able to liaise with government departments such as Immigration KDN, KKM, JTK, Police etc
Organize staff welfare events and employee engagement activity
- Direct labor and indirect labor hiring
Reporting to Sr HRM
The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience working in manufacturing environment- Have experience in Foreign Worker Management
The candidate must be having Min Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- Knowledge in RBA, BSCI, ISO, CSER (Corp Social Environmental Responsibility) audits
