Responsibilities1) Recruitment Manage overall recruitment cycle of a new hire including post job vacancies online, review resume, arrange interview, conduct orientation, etc.
2) Monthly Payroll Manage overall payroll procedures including calculation and payment of monthly wages (for both local and foreign employees), statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), etc.
3) Performance Review Compile feedbacks for each employee for yearly performance review, arrange meetings and prepare summary reports to Management.
4) Foreign workers Manage recruitment of new foreign construction workers, renewal of work permit, passport, statutory clearance (CIDB, FOMEMA), monthly payroll, overtime pay, disciplinary actions, liaising with authorities, etc.
5) Others - Renewal of employee insurance, company licenses (CIDB, ST, signages), company cars road tax, insurance, etc.
1) Has experience working in the HR department in a construction company
2) Has good knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law and foreign workers recruitment procedures
3) Preferably (but not compulsory) has experience using cloud-based HR software (i.e. iWowSoft)
4) A self-motivated, able to work independently, committed and responsible leader with pleasant personality, meticulous and able to adapt to a dynamic fast-paced environment

- 30am to 6pm
* Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
