Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes in collaboration with department managers.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company.
  • Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement and communication initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Qualifications:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [physiotherapy industry]
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,600.00 per month

  • Setia Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
