Job Descriptions:- Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and selection processes in collaboration with department managers.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are properly integrated into the company.
Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement and communication initiatives.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.- Manage employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in [physiotherapy industry]
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
