Job Responsibility
Your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with onboarding activities, including compiling employee records and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries.
- Administer employee benefits, such as medical claims, travel claims, leave management, Socso claims, etc.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and assist in developing the training plan.
- Manage HRDC fund applications and claims.
- Oversee the company hostel, maintain tenant records, and ensure adherence to all hostel rules.
- Participate in the Culture team and assist with company activities aligned with company values.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and industry standards.
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
- Undertake any other assignments as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is mandatory.
- Experience in TNA, hostel administration is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google suite and infottech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
- Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
