- Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in manpower recruitment from job advertisement, phone interview, conduct first interview and arranging recruitment related matters
- Conduct and be in charge of company onboarding briefing to new employees
Responsible on employee performance and reporting half yearly- Manage employee compensation and benefits including employee wellbeing, company snacks corner and internal recognition
Create memo and do posting when necessary
- Manage all employee letters and confidential documents organized
Maintain each and everyone employee profile including resumes, ic and letters from company- Responsible on office wellbeing and maintenance9. Liaise with agency and government if necessary
Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree or equivalent.- At least 1 year related working experience in the relevant field
Required languages skill (compulsory): English, Mandarin, BM
- Required computer system skills: Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Words, etc
