DESCRIPTION :
- Conduct the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, interviews and etc.
Prepare official letters related to employment matter.- Manage onboarding for new employee to ensure they have access to all systems and software.
Maintain all employee records using the human resource management software, office management and administrative.
- Assist employee issues and inquiries
Process employees salary, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF.- Publish employees monthly payslip.
Review and respond to emails.
- Conduct performance appraisal management for employees.
Conduct training needs assessment to identify suitable intervention for employee development.- Oversee the implementation of company policy and procedures among the employee.
Assist in employee engagement activities.
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Preferred skill(s): Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Proficient in English (speaking and writing)

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
