Job Description

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in matters pertaining to recruitment, training as well as other human resource administration functions.
  • Job Description
Recruitment and selection activities Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling offer process, pre-employment medical checkup and other pertinent details
  • Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures
Assist in preparing reports
  • Assist in training and development activities
Organise induction program for new employees
  • Assist with employees leave management
Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities
  • Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Management
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, independent and result-oriented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM2,400.00 per month
