ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will assist in matters pertaining to recruitment, training as well as other human resource administration functions.
Recruitment and selection activities Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling offer process, pre-employment medical checkup and other pertinent details
- Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures
Assist in preparing reports- Assist in training and development activities
Organise induction program for new employees
- Assist with employees leave management
Any ad-hoc HR assignments/events/activities
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Management- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organised, independent and result-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
High degree of analytical skills with good working knowledge of PC software applications

Pay: RM2,- 00 - RM2,400.00 per month
