- Responsible full spectrum of the Human Resource and Administration functions.
- Monitoring & managing Company payroll and ensure timely payroll completion.
- Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
- To explores and provide recommendations in new ways / recruitment channels / creative way of sources for recruiting.
- Lead and facilitating employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
- To maintain up-to-date and accurate employee data and records to HR System and Personnel Files.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end (from managing multiple job portals, proactive sourcing, CV & phone screening shortlisting, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, conduct interview and etc.).
- Work closely with all team manager to understand their hiring plans.
- Handle hiring process and resignation and termination of staff.
- Compilation and preparation of HR reports, such as Payroll Report, Annual Leave record
- Prepare HR related letters, memo and maintain systematic records and filing for the department and to ensure safe custody of the files & records.
- Handle performance review and appraisal exercise
- Handling the other administrative work such as office refreshment, stationery etc.
- Day to day HR & Administration operation & any other task which may be assigned from time to time by Superior.
