JOB SCOPE
- Manage the hiring/recruitment process.
Develop HR Strategies in accordance with the overall business.- Manage employee leave policies.
Improve HR policy.
- Revise performance appraisal systems.
Devise ways to improve employee engagement and morale.- Asses and plan for training needs for employees.
Experience in payroll processing
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships- Able to organise annual dinner/ any company activities
Salary RM 2300 basic
RM 200 allowances given
