Assist in the preparation of payroll matters.- Assist in uploading salary payments at the end of the month through online banking and ensure salary payment is on time as agreed with client and stipulated by law and regulations.
Perform employee registration in statutory portals.
- Set up new employees in HRMS software.
Assist in preparing HR letters including appointment letters, confirmation letters, and acceptance of resignation letter.- Ensure proper filing into employee files. Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and HR system.
Be part of an organizing committee for events or social activities.
- Any other HR related tasks assigned.
