To implement and facilitate the full spectrum of recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing candidates, job postings, pre-screening, interview arrangements.
Adopting effective and innovative methods of recruitment and participate in recruitment marketing programme, e.g. career fair, career talk, collaboration with education institutes.
Preparation of monthly payroll and statutory payments within time frame.
Assist in coordinating employee relation matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Administer employee benefits programme, including insurance, policies, rewards programme and etc.
Coordinate staff engagement activities, training sessions, events and HRDC related matters.
Ensure the human resource related practices are in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Assist in promoting positive workplace culture and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the company.
Assist in the daily operations of HR functions/duties and HR related administrative matters.
Undertake additional projects and ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.
Support company marketing events, eg. carnivals and roadshows.
Job Requirements
Good communication and written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
1+ years of experience in HR Management or a similar role
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with people of different level in the company
Experience in monthly payroll processing
Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System
Strong numerical skills
Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred
