Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management

to prepare monthly payroll details and payslips for individual staff of the firm and its clients, as assigned

to prepare & submit epf, socso, eis and pcb registrations for clients employees and firm staff, including but not limited to updating the monthly composition of any changes with the relevant bodies

to prepare & file the monthly contributions with epf, socso, eis and irb on behalf of the firm and clients

to address enquiries from clients or respective statutory bodies in respect of payroll management
  • 2. Expatriate Services Administration, involving various government agencies and industry regulators, including ESD (expatriate services division of immigration), MOHR (ministry of human resources), MIDA, MDEC, ministry of domestic trade (WRT), ministry of home affairs etc.

to prepare and collate documents & information in relation to any expatriate work permit application (employment pass and/or professional visit pass)

to liaise with clients for preparation of the documentation

to follow up with the relevant government agencies relevant to the processing status and approval of the expatriate work permits.

to maintain and update client statuses and information in relation to expatriate work permits and industry regulation related matters on a weekly basis and to update the work in progress (WIP)
  • 3. General Miscellaneous

to assist with incoming calls, faxes and photocopying

to attend to visitors and guests and to ensure that the front office environment is at all times kept presentable

any other tasks as assigned by the manager and directors.
  • 4. To ensure that all work completed are invoiced to clients and to follow up on payments.
  • Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experiences in HR and Administration support
  • MUST HAVE extensive experience in Expatriate Management (EP, MDEC, etc.).
MUST HAVE experienced in handling expatriate applications and coordinating with ESD MOHR, MIDA, MDEC, WRT, Ministry of Home Affairs, etc.
MUST HAVE experienced in payroll management Holds a diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Finance, Administration, etc.
  • Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Capable of drafting and preparing reports and other documentation.
MUST GOOD in communicate in English
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
