To be responsible in carrying out and monitoring all foreign worker matters such as renewal & endorsement of their passports, working permits, FOMEMA, Check-out memo, Hostel management, on-boarding and off-boarding processes and other matters related to foreign workers.
To liaise and deal with agents and Government Authorities such as Immigration Department, Labour Office, Perkeso Office etc. for matters related to foreign workers.
Establish/update and maintain employee database and records to ensure the data in the system is up-to-date.
Overseeing Human Resource functions, including attendance, leave application, overtime records, medical/Socso claims, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintaining the departments filing system.
Assist with company event such as annual dinner, team building and etc.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in HR Management/Business Studies/Administration Management.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related field.
