Job Responsibility
- Monitor operations of all Hubs based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report to superior on all relevant QAQC issues and others KPI measurements.
- Analyze problems in Hub operations and provide suggestion to improve working processes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, 6 Days / Week
Working Hour: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Location: Kuching, Sarawak
Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working in logisctics industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex problems and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills to convey findings, insights, and suggestions effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable reports.
- Willing to work on rotational shift arrangement.
