Role Summary
This role will be supporting Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) activities for the Process and Pipelines Services (PPS) team and provides HSE technical guidance following the company policies and procedures and applicable legislation, standard, both for field operations and facility operations (worksites).
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing company's HSE Management System at worksites; This includes developing Project HSE documentation and Facility HSE documentation such as Project HSE (Management) Plan, Facility Emergency Response Plan, Facility HSE Manual and Facility Risk Register.
- Be visible and approachable for all HSE matters within all level of personnel within company's business structure as well as project structure.
- Support the PPS Project Manager / Engineer and site team to ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations and requirements applicable at worksites;
- Support the PPS Facility/ Base Manager/ Focal Point and facility team to ensure compliance with applicable HSE Laws, regulations and requirements
- Investigate all Incident/Near Miss events and complete the RCA investigation report at worksites with a final report to be provided to PPS HSE Manager and BH Project Manager; the incident investigation process shall include collecting evidence including witness statement, photos, video, documentation, product, and data sheet.
- Support and review worksites JHA/JSA (or equivalent document), which shall be prepared by field operation/ facility team
- Support external HSE audits/ self-assessment on worksites by Client and/ or the company.
- Being responsible of all HSE documents recordkeeping on worksites which shall be readily available for any audits/inspections internal and external;
- Provide guidance to PPS team in obtaining Permit to Work (PTW), Management of Change (MOC), LOTO appliance and other relevant HSE system.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified in HSE discipline (or equivalent);
- Minimum three (3) years of field experience in HSE (preferable in O&G Full stream);
- Registered and Competent Safety and Health Officer by DOSH (or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Medically fit and active personality
- Locally or internationally recognized professional HSE qualification up to date with training requirements
- No travel restriction both domestic and international
Work Schedule
- Contract duration: 12 months
- Salary (Monthly): RM 5,000.00 8,000.00 (Depending on work experience and qualification of candidate)
- Work Schedule: Mon Fri / 8.00AM 5.00PM
