Qualifications- Shall possess a minimum diploma or equivalent.
Shall have at least 6 years experience in the oil and gas industry of which at least 3 years in managing CONTRACTORs HSE involving blasting, painting and coating operations.- Shall be registered with DOSH
(Green book holder)
Shall have attended a minimum number of appropriate local development courses as required by COMPANY, such as Accident Reporting & Investigation, Hazard and Effect Management Process, tripod-Beta, Heart and Mind, Emergency Response & HSE Management System.
- Shall possess in depth knowledge of OSHA
Shall be fully conversant with blasting, painting and coating practices and safety standards in oil and gas industry.
Shall report to Project Manager.- Shall be responsible to lead and take charge of HSE team.
Responsible for HSE Compliance.
- Responsible to lead Pre-Mob Induction for crew.
Responsible to ensure personnel mob to offshore have fulfill HSE mandatory training and medically fit.- Shall advice on effective implementation of HSE policies, standards/procedures and HSEMS including strategy to improve safety performance.
Shall develop relevant and appropriate strategy, program and HSE plan to improve and sustain safety performance within the team and CONTRACTORs managed by the team. This includes staffs HSE training needs.
- Shall schedule and facilitate HSEMS implementation programs to sustain improvement in HSEMS in COMPANY and CONTRACTORs premises.
Shall drive corporate HSE initiatives within own teams. This includes annual HSE week, Hearts & Minds program, implementation of the global processes, safety campaigns, ACT and near miss reporting, etc.- Shall provide input to common safety standards/procedures and review of activity HSE documents.
Shall lead incident investigation and provide incident analysis for own team ensuring compliance to COMPANY and regulatory standards. Ensure effective cascading of lessons-learnt throughout the team. Monitor close-out of incident and audit actions.
- Shall ensure CONTRACTORs works and the works of their SUB-CONTRACTOR(s) are delivered in accordance with the HSE requirements of the CONTRACT.
Shall prepare and update HSE interface document for the CONTRACT work scope.- Shall prepare, monitor progress and implementation and update yearly HSE plan.
