Min. Diploma in Engineering or Safety & Health or equivalent- 2 years working experience in Health, Safety & Environment, Facilities Administration and Maintenance.
Well-versed with the latest Occupational Health and Safety Act, Factories & Machineries Act, Environmental Quality Act and other related Occupational Health & Safety acts/regulations/guidelines.
- Should have the ability to follow up and update the HOD on a regular interval.
Team player and able to work with all levels of staff.- Excellent communication skills.
Support the development of health, safety and environment (HSE) policies and programs such as identifying, proposing, initiating and organizing HSE related trainings for the group.- Advise on various health, safety and environment-related topics/issues such as noise levels, use of machinery etc.
Advise HOD and Management on existing policies and assist in the drafting of new policies.
- Coordinate and ensure the Health and Safety Committee is conducted accordingly.
