- Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Study and carry out the manpower planning initiatives and recruitment processes for the organization, including understand and match the needs of our clients to provide quality tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting manpower plan- Forecast and execute the hiring and/or downsizing of the manpower in according to the manpower plan, in align with the company's manpower requirements from time to time
Source, shortlist and schedule interview session for the hiring manager based on each job opening and ensure the hiring of the candidate within the given timeframe .
Job Requirement
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

- Excellent communication in English both written and spoken.
Able to work independently with high sense of urgency.- Thrives working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to change.
Pleasant personality and able to communicate well with all levels of people.
