Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for local & overseas in collaboration with hiring managers and management
- Develop & implement long-term recruiting strategy for the Company
- Proactively source qualified candidates, and leverage LinkedIn/job platform/other social media sites to expand the talent pool
- Perform reference and background checks for potential candidates.
- Plan and execute online and offline employer branding activities.
- Manage interview, job offer /salary negotiation and follow up on candidates till their onboarding process
- Maintain records of the recruitment database and supporting on onboarding procedures
- Provide HR advice and consultation to hiring managers on C&B and talent market trend, labor market practices and conditions
- Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in HR/BA/Management or related disciplines.
- 2 years relevant working experience in Digital Marketing / Financial Services / Customer Service industry is preferable
- Good communication & interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Word-processing, PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
