The role is responsible for providing support in the following HR functions: Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Learning & Development, Employee relations & employee engagement.
HR Business Partner
Execute HR plans and solutions in partnership with business stakeholders and HR team.
o Lead retail frontline, HO Senior Executive and below recruitment, including sourcing for potential candidates against job requirement via various sourcing channels.
o Employer branding - support employer branding activities.
o Collaborate, connect regularly with business stakeholders.
o Provide sound advice and guidance to managers and employees on people matters
o Suggest and implement creative initiatives to improve employee engagement and experience
o Conduct and organize new hire orientation and on-boarding programmes.
o Support in HR projects / initiatives.
Payroll Operations & Report Management
Handling HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records in HR Systems, preparing HR-related reports and documents
Monitor and manage employee time attendance and work closely with HODSupport in HR projects / initiatives.
Conduct and organize new hire orientation and on-boarding programmes.
Learning & Development Support/Coordination
Source for external training programmes/ vendors/ venues to meet the needs of the stakeholders.
Update and maintain employees training records.
Prepare training material, props, classroom setup etc for internal/ external training sessions.
Office Admin
Provide office admin support for KUL office (headcount: 30-40 pax)
Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by manager.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
Candidate must possess at least 3 Year(s) experience in HR field.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Able to support and work well in fast paced working environment.
Familiar with EA 1955 & Employee Relations / Industry Relations.
Experience in liaising and dealing with various government Agencies such as Labour office, Immigration, MyExpats and Local council would be added advantages.
Good communication, self-motivated & analytical skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
