SUMMARY:Responsible for the complete employee cycle, ensures smooth procedures, and administers the HR department's daily administrative tasks and ensure that the Company operates efficiently and aligns with the business objectives.
- KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle which include On-boarding/ Induction/Offboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee relations /communications, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Rewards & Recognition.
- Coordinate training programs (internal & external) & support employee development initiatives. Monitor HRDF fund & claimable process.
Preparation of monthly payroll and comply with all statutory requirements.- Timely issuance of accurate employment/promotion/transfer/ increment letters/ related HR letters, timely closure of any queries with regards to leaves, Insurance, compensation, HR policies, etc.
Monitoring employees leave & attendance as well as probationary review.
- Applying & renewing foreign staffs employment pass (eXpats).
Handling recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates from multiple platforms & arranging interview session with hiring manager.- Manage benefit programs such as GTL, GHS and outpatient medical benefit.
Handling on issues related to staff disciplinary, counselling and grievances, as well as other employee relation matters and ensure it is in compliance with labor laws and legislations.
- Handling employee yearly performance appraisal.
Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
- QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors degree in Human Resource or related field.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of working experience in HR operations or similar role with good understanding of HR processes- Proficiency in HR software (HR2000) and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory rulings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computing skill. Able to work independently, self-motivated & team player.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
