To provide an effectively support on HR strategies, work and practices from Recruitment to Reward Management to Learning & Development to Talent Management to Employee Engagement, and Employee/Industrial Relations.
Handling full spectrum of Foreign Worker renewal Work Permit
- Provide effective and efficient talent acquisition and retention suppports
Handling foreign worker accomodation such as hostel and transportation.- Responsible on Expatriate and Professional Visit Pass management
Identify training and competency needs, source and organize training activities for employees learning and development plan
- Facilitate insurance, leaves and medical related topics
Organize staff welfare and engagement activities. Bachelor / Degree in Human Resource or other related.Experienced in Singapore Work Permit are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in English language (verbal & written)- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
