- As Part of the Team, You Will:-
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.- Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and advise them on career development opportunities.
