- Principal Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operations of payroll administration functions and duties.
- Review and confirm the accuracy of payroll, time and leave management data in HRIS (Human Resource Management) system. Ensure appropriate internal controls, approval and validation checks are in place for the payroll data processes.
Point of contact for employees on payroll administration and queries.- Coordinate and perform troubleshooting and investigation of finger print gadget and payroll systems and making appropriate corrective actions.
Initiative and promote continual process improvements and implement best practice.
- Ensure policies and procedures are flawlessly administrated and new policies adequately documented and communicated to all departments.
To comply with all OSH and EMS rules and regulations, procedures, statutory laws and requirements.- To understand and support the OSH, QMS and EMS policies and objectives.
Upkeep the housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and safety at workplace.
- To perform any other related tasks as Superior assigned from time to time.
