Job Description
Position will be based in HR department in MY's office, supporting countries and entities in the Asia Pacific's region.
Key Responsibilities Areas (KRAs)
Onboarding
- Staff data entry and maintenance for new hires. ID creation, IT requisition All systems registration - EIS, Oracle, AIA. CXL/Timesoft/Access Card Prepare letters, access cards, welcome kit.
Employee Separation
- Staff data entry and maintenance for all employees separation, including updating payroll.
Maintaining Data Integrity
- Responsible for maintaining the HR systems - EIS and Oracle, CXL.
Record Keeping
- Responsible to track and maintain all HR related data - employee contracts, shared folders, employees personal data, and more. Create folders for new hires, removed files for separated employees from active folder to non-active. Maintaining & upkeep physical files.
Adhering to Compliance Guidelines
- Ensuring all hiring, separations, workplace rules are done in alignment with country-specific bylaws. Periodic world check upkeep Yearly background check audit.
CSR and Ad-Hoc tasks
- Supporting head of dept and global initiatives to be implemented in region and/or country wide.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-year of professional work and HR Operations and Administration experience.
- Ability to work both proactively and independently in a highly collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in meeting deadlines, employee data management accuracy, employee relations, and importantly ability to communicate.
