Diploma or Degree in any field- At least 10 years of HR & Admin experience
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions (including factories in JB and Klang)
Lead & manage the HR & Admin team- Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin to communicate with business partners in Mainland China
