To manage the HR Department by planning and implementing the organizations policies, practices, and employee relations.
To execute end-to-end recruitment activities by reviewing and monitoring existing job portals, overseeing overall recruitment progress by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
To maintain fruitful relationship with external recruitment sources.
To handle and advise management on disciplinary issues, dealing with staff enquiries and grievances, conflict resolution and other employee relations matters in compliance with Employment Act in Malaysia.
To plan and organise for any in-house trainings / public trainings whenever training needs arise, including manage the HRDF grant and claim submission.
To perform payroll administration and process monthly payroll on timely manner by updating staff movement, prepare HR letters and administer employee benefits programs such as allowances, medical benefits as per Employee Handbook.
To handle foreign knowledge workers (FKW) related matters thru MDEC / ESD, including headcount projection, employment pass / dependent pass application / professional visa pass application, cancellation of employment pass, renewal etc.
To perform general administration such as office access cards etc.
To perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.
