An all-rounded HR with experience in HR operations, administration & systems, recruitment, learning & development, compensation, engagement, HR planning & strategy.
- Develop and lead HR strategic initiatives and responsive HR programmes, services and policies in a business growth and culture transformation environment.
Partner management team to enable the Company to attract, hire, retain and develop the best talents.- Put in place the right HR and organization structure for companies / business entities within the group.
Provide input to leadership and business stakeholders on HR related advice and how to build a performance driven culture and manage the performance process.
- Implement HR best practices and deliver optimal employee experience and engagement.
Detailed tasks include:- Payroll Management & Benefits Management.
Employee Records Management.
- HR Planning, Performance Management and Budget Management.
Employee Promotion and Development Plans.- Training Needs Analysis and Training Events.
Recruitment, Selection and Pipeline Development.
- Conflict resolution to ensure conflicts are managed to a possible viable outcome.
Corporate Exercises.
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or similar.- Min. 8 years relevant HR experience.
Possess knowledge of Malaysian labour law, compliance and best practices.
- People oriented with the ability to manage interpersonal relationships of various levels in the company.
Self-starter and results-driven with ability to work with ambiguity.- Knowledgeable managing HR systems, processes and databases.
Good command of English & Chinese, written and spoken.
