Develop and monitor HR & administration budget.
- Coordinate labor cost budget and management.
Lead recruitment efforts.- Organize training programs for staff development.
Handle discipline management for employees.
- Arrange expatriates income tax matters.
Ensure employee compliance with company procedures and laws.
Preferable 5 years of experience & above
