Familiarity with the Employment Act in Malaysia.- Experience in HR policies associated with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 17020 and/or ISO 17025 requirements.
Experience in crafting corporate policies and standard HR procedures and guidelines.
- Experience in managing employee competency and proficiency monitoring programs.
Ability to plan and execute the full spectrum of standard HR activities.- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels within the organization.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including OT and statutory contributions.
- Support talent pipeline planning by assessing employee skills against forecasted workloads.
Optimize recruitment channels and tools for swift and cost-efficient candidate selection.- Foster workforce engagement, develop performance tracking, and review HR policies for compliance and relevance.
Diploma & above in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors- Minimum 5 years in Senior HR or Manager experience
