JD: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, sourcing,
interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Policy Crafting:
Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and
alignment with the company's culture and values.
Performance Management:
Establish performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting
appraisals, and supporting leadership in managing employee performance.
Learning & Development:
Design and deliver training programs to foster employee growth, leadership
development, and continuous learning.
Payroll & Compensation:
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory
requirements, while managing compensation and benefits programs.
HRMS Implementation:
Lead the selection, recommendation, and implementation of an effective HRMS to
optimize HR operations.
Employee Relations:
Provide support and guidance on employee relations matters, promoting a positive
and inclusive work environment.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, employee
experience, and overall HR service delivery.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in establishing or
managing HR functions.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and
policy development.
Experience with HRMS implementation is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with all
levels of the organization.
Proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to lead in a fast-paced and evolving
environment.
