Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and
onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- 3. Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management systems.- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Identify areas for employee improvement and coordinate training programs.
- 4. Training and Development:
Assess training needs and develop training programs.
- Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding for new hires.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- 5. Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees.
- 6. Compliance and Policy Management:
Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- 7. HR Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.- Participate in strategic planning and provide insights on HR-related matters.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree or
HR certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. Proven experience in recruitment,
employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
