Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our team, focusing exclusively on sourcing and attracting talent within the F&B and retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional human resource support and advice to the Management.
- Develop systems/ methods to increase and facilitate the Manpower Plan and Budget in the Company through various recruitment and selection strategies to ensure that the manpower requirements of the organization are met.
- Ensure market surveys on remuneration packages and reward systems are conducted consistently to gauge the standard of the Company's compensation and benefits; and propose alternative solutions and/or review accordingly.
- Ensure that the human resource policies and procedures are revised and formulated in line with the changing and evolving market trends and employee needs.
- Identify targets and action plans for the Human Resource Balance Scorecard in line with the Company Business Plan; and ensure the set targets are achieved.
- Ensure strategic initiatives are developed to attract, retain and develop staff.
- Ensure all staff grievances and industrial relations cases are resolved amicably to safeguard the interest of the company at all times.
- Establish solutions collaboratively with relevant parties (internal/ external consultants) to build a competency based organization.
- Ensure succession planning is established through identification of successors for all hot jobs, and continuous pool of high achievers are identified for better career path and development plans for them to be the leaders of tomorrow.
- Ensure continuous improvement (kaizen) to the human resource functions and processes.
- Establish a more objective and measurable Performance Management System and merit-based reward system in order to generate higher staff productivity and pay for performance.
- Establish a strong network with other human resource practitioners to gather relevant information for surveys/analysis with regards to human resources issues.
- Ensure monthly human resources reports are generated accurately and promptly for further analysis and diagnosis.
- Actively manage all foreign workers, in-house and/or outsource, matters with their respective agents.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Manager/Lead, preferably with a focus on the F&B and retail industry.
- Able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English, Malay is an added value
- Good managerial skills to manage the stakeholders and the HR team.
- Familiar with IR/Labor laws
