They are seeking to recruit a HR Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- Implement recruitment management according to the annual recruitment plan, participate in interviews and selection, and coordinate the on boarding of recruited talent.
- Assist headquarters in promoting the construction of the center's training system, and execute training tasks as needed for business management; align with the center's organisational development to develop and implement talent cultivation plans.
- Implement performance management at the center according to the overall requirements from headquarters, collect issues arising during implementation, and provide feedback for future improvements.
- Responsible for handling employee on boarding, transfers, departures, contract renewals, employee records, attendance, payroll calculations, rewards and punishments, and labour disputes.
- Conduct stability assessments and necessary early warnings for key employees as needed, identify abnormal issues, and promote improvements.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary education
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and engineering sectors
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently
