About The Role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join their growing team. You will be leading and driving the development and implementation of new HR strategies, practices and policies for business growth and people's agenda. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:-
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to supervisors and managers on HR-related matters.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively to support organizational goals.
- Recommend improvements to maintain competitiveness in talent management
