Job Description

Avenys Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a beauty and health industry that located in Kuala Lumpur. Avenys helps each and everyone with skin problems and needs. We started this business to offer an affordable and high quality product to the local market. We planned to go slow and steady for the long term by introducing great products that people want. We have sourced and manufactured our products from local reputable suppliers all the way to Korea and Japan. Always sourcing for the best new ingredients and technology.

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for all HR operations such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Data & Record Control, Promotion, Resignation & Disciplinary Action.
Plan, implement & manage the overall talent acquisition strategy and process.
  • Organize all hiring process from recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff including all outlets.
Build an employer brand, improve employee engagement and build strategic talent resources plans & consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Plan & organize activities & events. (Human Resource related)
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation process
  • Drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals & maintain with smooth on boarding process.
Support in overall HR needs, programs, and services of the company in line with company policies and programs.
  • Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures. (Etc: training, counseling, and coaching all staffs)

Requirements :

  • Possess with Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, or any related field
Have at least 5 years of related experience in any field
  • The candidate who have sufficient and related experience in Skin Care/Cosmetics industry is preferred.
Familiar in labor law and performance management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English & Malay) and leadership skills - ability to operate as a true human resources leader, who can identify positive needs for the business
Proficient in MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solver, strong ethical standards pleasant personality, self-motivated & team work.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure delivery on deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,
  • 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
