Responsibilities
- To provide HR support and services to all other departments; oversees the day-to-day HR operations, responsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function.
- Oversee all General Affairs & Admin related matter, including company licensing, insurance, 5S
- Develop, establish and enhance all GA and HR policies, HR strategies, employee handbook, company
documentations, HR forms, procedures and guidelines according to ISO requirement. Review and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements.
- Provide HR expertise, advice, hands on support and solutions in HR & general affairs related matters.
- Implement and maintain and review competitive compensation and employee benefits programs by studying and
assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
- Develop and enhance company payroll system & HR Management system in compliance with legal and statutory requirement.
- Responsible for recruitment activities to achieve the company's manpower requirements and needs including contract and foreign workers.
- Implement progressive disciplinary procedures to maintain a high level of work discipline, conduct and productivity.
- Prepare training material and develop training system, conduct induction training for newcomers.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.
- Prepare and compile relevant HR reports, analysis and survey data to management and statutory authorities as and when required.
- Liaise with external Company Secretary for company secretarial related matter.
- Liaise with all local authorities and related external parties on all correspondence in HR & GA related matter.
- Responsible and coordinate for company event, employee welfare activities ,prepare proposal and budget.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Shall be responsible to setting the respective process objectives as well as the related training through the Training Analysis.

Basic Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field preferably HR related.
- Required skill: As the pioneer staff to set up HR & General Affairs department.
