SUMMARY OF POSITIONYou will be responsible to handling Talent Management of Human Resource such as recruitment, performance management, foreign worker management, administration and so on.
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible in recruitment process including Job Advertising, Involve in Screening and Interviewing Candidates.
- Assist in handling project of Internship Program
Monitor and upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated and documented accurately.- Assist in monitoring performance management
Assist in handling foreign workers affairs such as permit application, monitoring of expiry date coordination of FOMEMA and etc.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in recruitment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- Reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters.
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills in interact effectively within the organization as well as external parties.- Proficient in both spoken and written English and BM.
Team player with the ability to organize and plan.
- Willing to work in a fast pace environment.
