Job Scope- Supporting recruitment processes, screening and shortlisting candidates resumes, contacting candidates and arranging interviews.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.
Participate and assist in HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
- Creating and maintaining an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company.
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry and managing correspondence.
Highly prefer final year student with 3 6 months internship program- Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
Communicates effectively both orally and in writing
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic and outgoing
Self-motivated and strong work ethic- People-oriented with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/ Excel
