Role Overview: The HR Recruitment Intern will support the HR team in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews. This role provides valuable exposure to various aspects of HR and recruitment, offering hands-on experience in a professional environment. Additionally, the intern will assist in monitoring daily attendance and maintaining accurate attendance records.
Assist in the sourcing of candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
Communicate with candidates regarding their application status, interview schedules, and other recruitment-related matters.
- Support the HR team in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and analytics.- Monitor daily attendance of employees and maintain accurate attendance records.
Address attendance discrepancies and report any issues to the HR Manager.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms is a plus.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferably candidate whom can speak in Mandarin
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment is an advantage.
- Active involvement in university clubs or organizations related to human resources or business.
Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop an understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
