Responsibilities:- Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and recommend strategic changes to enhance overall performance.
Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection including on social media. This include, conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in HR-related laws and regulations to mitigate potential risks.
- Assist department with ad-hoc work related task.
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Computer literate, good in typing.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Self- starter, driven with high level of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Position to be based in Puchong, available for an immediate start will be added advantage.- Available for minimum 3-6 month(s) internship duration.
