Job Description

Job Summary:
  • Updating client employee databases by prepare import template for employee information and employment details.
Assist to prepare Payroll, Leave and Claim transaction import data for HRMS System
  • Review and check data or transaction reconciliation for HRMS
Update salary and statutory information of employee for APAC country
  • Study and understand HR Management software specification with seniors guidance.
Prepare HR management system step guides presentation according to client policies setting
  • Prepare HR project documents and follow instructions of seniors
Learning Human Resources Management System set up and clients HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

  • This role is the right fit for you, if you are/have:
Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources / administration / management, or equivalent.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and BM.
Able to always maintain private and confidential matters.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual, who is always eager to learn and grow.
Meticulous with keen attention to details and likes to work with data.
  • Able to work independently and is a good team player.
Have own transport and willing to be based in Kepong.

Gain a holistic understanding of the operations of human resources function by supporting in day-to-day HR operations, including:
  • Assist in handling day-today HR operations, payroll process, HRIS employee data and other related tasks in the department.
Learn about the world of work and experience first-hand what its like to work in an office, interact with supervisors and colleagues, and handle internal customers.
