Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. Coordinate interviews, collect and organize resumes, and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
Track and manage employee attendance and leave records.- Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure accurate attendance reporting.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
Assist to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and coordination with different departments.- Assist to handle offboarding procedures, including exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
Current enrollment in a Diploma or Bachelors degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Sheet and Docs, MS Office.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.- Minimum internship period is 3 months.
