As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.
- Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and ot
- Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.
- Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
- Fluent speaking in Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus.
