Responsibilities
- Assist in resume screening and interview scheduling.
Update recruitment system and follow up with candidates.- Aid in the onboarding process for new hires and offboarding procedures.
Support and manage employee attendance and leave records.
- Assist in verifying staff benefits utilization.
Provide support in performance management processes and employee evaluations.- Help draft HR circulars, letters, and liaise with government bodies on employee-related matters.
Assist in planning and organizing company events and improving staff experiences within budget constraints.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Familiarity with HR practices and principles is a plus.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
Proactive and eager to learn, able to adapt and willing to take on new tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
